Airtel cheating by not providing 3g service after 3g recharge.

My name is pankaj Kumar, mobile no. 9730715017. One month back I recharged for 3g data of rs 298. But I not got the 3g net pack because Airtel have not 3g service in aurangabad. I came to know it only 2 day back when Airtel customer care told that currently have not the 3g service because Vodafone now pull out the service who earlier tie up with Airtel. So you can only can get 2g service which speed is very slow. Airtel cheated me because earlier Airtel customer care told that you will get 3g speed in 30 minutes . I called them 4 times but always the same answer.Their talking behaviour also not good.
Because Airtel cheated me I request you help me in getting my recharge amount 298 rs back. And blacklist the company and fined heavily for cheatin g the customer.
