Non acceptance of my claim intimation by New India Assurance CO Ltd. for damages of house caused by

Dear Sir,
It is to inform that I submitted a claim intimation ( along with all necessary Photos and documents) to Sr. Divisional Manager, New India Assurance CO Ltd.Silchar-788005 for the losses caused to my house at Tarani Road, Rangirkhari, Silchar against policy nos. 53060011160100000062 and 53060048210500000248. But it is regretted that aforesaid insurance co. is denying my claim as NO CLAIM for delay submission which I have already made clear to them there is no delay as the claim has been submitted within policy period and within three months of recession of flood water Necessary justification for situation which was beyond my control also furnished but all in vein.
Please help for settlement of my claim by the New India assurance Co.Ltd Silchar. Assam
