As per third party agreement we the employee of bank of india are entitled for medical expenses reimbursement inccured during hospitalization .But insurance company is demanding unnecessary documents . I have submitted all the required docs after their communication. But they again demanded a different document . Instead of demanding 2nd time they would have demanded all the docs in their 1st mail . But after partial demand and confirmation of the submission. They again demanded some other documents. They are unnecessary harrasing the employee and insurer. Lastly the company has denied on the ground of non submission of the
document without any intimation to me.
