My vehicle was parked in front of my home on 16.03.2018 at 8.15 P.M and some unknown vehcile hit and ran away.My name Narendra Kumar Bhatt, vehcile REGISTRATION no. JH 10BA 0386 MANUFACTURED BY HONDA MODEL MCY name HORNET 160R. When i claimed for insurance , they asked for documents along with my driving license and hence I submitted it. But they later refused to give the claim. The insurance company said in there letter that " the driving license of the Mr.Narendra kumar Bhatt (D/L NO.JH10/1982/0142282) L.A,Dhanbad authorised to drive LMV-NT,LMV-GV,PSVBUS & TRANS class of vehicle, who was driving the insured vehicle at the material time of accident, it was confirmed that the driving license is not valid to drive Two wheeler class of vehicle. As the license was not effective at the time of accident, it is a violation of rules mentioned". BUT according to me if my i was not allowed to drive the vehicle then how did the insurance company did insured the vehicle. MY 2ND point is that my vehicle was standing outside of my home then from where the question arrises of my driving license. THE company just asked for my license and so i submitted.
