Trying to hide fraud, I was bought new LG fully automatic top loading washing machine

I was bought new LG fully automatic top loading washing machine from your authorised dealer from sirsa haryana (pincode 125055). when I call LG executive in order of demo for same machine, acording to LG executive same machine is used machine (he was confirmed with help of serial no of machine) . But I was bought as an new machine.
Requesting to you kindly help me for find the first owner of washing machine for further action.
