Eureka Forbes Water Purifier - Worst Service by this company

I use the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier. Our product falls under AMC. Our machine part is faulty, and we have continuously raised complaints since the last 4 months. But still, the faulty part is not changed, and there has been no reply from customer support on my continuous complaints.
So, now I am requesting that you kindly take strict action against this company and renew my AMC free of charge with all water purifier parts.
And also, give me compensation money due to being mentally disturbed for the last 4 months. For those faulty parts and services, which created my child's health issue, they were admitted to the hospital.
My all complaints are mentioned on Eureka Forbes Portal.
I hope you will be understand my problems.
