I have purchased new Whirlpool washing machine in oct 2016, This is in Waranty Period of 2 years, My machine is making high noise from March 2018 so I had registered my service request to Whirlpool in March but they closed my request without my knowledge & repairing of Machine, so again I raise new request in may18 now 15 days over no any repairing done & only service person visit & goes back, then I write mail to Helpdesk of Whirlpool India then they reply me about my query & providing service early but now 1 week over but no any service available. till date 3rd time request raised & more than 5 times call to customer care,
