Reliance digital Claiming of bill and duplicate filter replacement.

Iamm Suresh Tukaram Bhoir. I have Purchase Luminous Livepure RO from reliance digital on 01/07/2017 and also get extended warranty on this product. This warrenty period is inbetween 07/07/2018 to 06/07/2020. But in this warrenty period im really disapponted and unsatisfied from your service team. Your technicians dont have any knowledge about my product they are visit my home and create new issue. They also change my filters to duplicate filters and now installed filters are not genuine parts of Luminous.

Thats why i call my Brands technician for resolve the issue. They charge me the Fees of Rs 360/- per visit and they get tow visit to me. I have confirm this to your customer executive and call my brand techician. So please give me claim of Rs.720/- and change genuine filters as soon as possible.
