RESPECTED SIR,
I RAVI ALLE PURCHASED VENUS WATER HEATER15 LTR LYRA RD GEASER BLUE from SNAPDEAL (SELLER: Amrit Marketing Company, H.No. 4383, Kirti Nagar, Opposit: VARDHMAN MILL, CHANDIGARH ROAD,LUDHIANA, PUNJAB-141010) on 28 Dec 2016 for Rs.10226/-(9044/-) guaranteed for a period of 2years from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects on all functioning parts, 7years guarantee on Inner Container, 4years guarantee on Heating Element.
But I faced problem in the November 2018 and I approached the customer service centre through email on 1. 12/11/2018 with registered service request number X1811100752, code: UMNQ, 2. Registered service request on 15/12/2018 with number 1812150054 code: 44KL, 3. Registered service request on 01/10/2019 with number 1910030048, 4.Registered service request on 11/10/2019 with number 1910110313 code:KSRO, 5.Registered service request on 30/09/2020 with number 2009300132 code: PODB. Eventhough registering somany times for service requests since 12/11/2018 no one came and provided service till today. After vexing with the situation I beg for justice to me. I will provide all the evidences for your kind consideration.
