Consumer Issue with bosch products under warranty (no response from customercare)

This complaint is regarding my Bosch home appliances bought last year on October 1st.
The products are as follow
1. Kitchen hob
2. Chimney
3.microwave
4. Inbuilt oven
The metal body of these 3 products(CHIMNEY,MICROWAVE,OVEN) is getting rusted.
The first call was made to customer care on August 23rd.
And since then I am calling the customer care almost everyday. There is no response and update from their end.
It was told me to by their customer care executive ANIL , that it is covered under warranty on my first call.
There after on 27thAugust a service engineer visited my house and clicked pictures. He told me that it is covered under warranty and would revert within a day for further process.
I am facing a tough time dealing with customer care as nobody is taking any initiatives to solve my case and they are killing time so that I run behind my warranty and they could charge me.
It's already 11th september now , and there is no action taken by bosch.
I have bought these expensive products from the renowned organistaion Bosch , to avoid this treatment done to customer.
But instead I am getting harassed by their customer care.
It's very sad to know that these people siting in customer care assure to call, but never call back.
I hope i am being helped by this forum. as i feel cheated by bosch. And request immediate help,as these people are purposely delaying it without any notification and not responding to my calls and emails.
