paid charges towards New Green Kit and AMC for AO smith RO for a year, paid 6K more than a month back and they were supposed to replace kit with 3-4 days, till date nothing happened after several reminders on mails & phones, i have requested to take the RO back and refund my money. according to the service guy the membrane was not working properly and needs replacement immediately and now one month gone. we are drinking unhealthy water because of poor service,
