As per cancellation policy, I have requested at : [email protected]
since there is no cancel option through the website. Even after continously followuop via phone and mails, the amount was not refunded.
Sent mails on 2 May'15, 11 May'15, 15 May'15,6 June'15 and several telecons.

DNS sakthi travels person (Sures/Kumar/Dinesh) are not reliable. Do not book online, as even in peak season their buses will be empty. If you book online, you will NEVER get refund or most likely they will cancel the bus due to less seats. Even after his own cancellation, he won’t give money. He will say he will send/deposit to bank; however never give money.
I had booked bus trip for 4 people, Ooty to Kodaikanal on 27th April 2016 with travel date as 12th May 2016. I did the cancellation request on 2nd May 2016, as my family preferred cab over bus. His cancellation procedure is not clear in website. All money transaction is done thru CCAvenue & CCAvenue said that cancellation procedure is as per seller policy. If you see his website about refund policy, it is clearly mentioned that online booked ticket cancelled through by online. No option to have your account or option to cancellation in website.
If you are giving business, he will be interested to talk to you, email you & even he will call you. For cancellation, he will not pick up any phone mentioned in the website. During booking procedure, I called him & he said book thru website. For cancellation he said, send email with cancellation request & money will be deposited after 10 days. That never happened & feel like lost Rs 2400.
If you ask for any other services, his cost is 2 times higher than other guys. I asked him for Cab services & he quoted both services Rs. 10,000 higher than other services provider whose review is more than 4.5 out of 5.
I personally visited his tiny shop & it was locked from outside. His neighbors said that he generally sits in shop; I suspects many times go out & might be sitting nearby hotel. Someone local guy came to see him, since it was locked, he called over phone & went behind the shop. I did not followed that guy (regrets now)
Simple suggestion… AVOID….. AVOID… DNS Sakthi travels.
