I have barely used their service, with exposed ISP passwords, all employees can see and change your passwords. Not only they have been feeding these passwords for decryption, but also have set up MITM attacks (evidenced by me). I have filed a complaint against them inGautamBudha Nagar main Cybercrime cell. They have been harassing me to giveback the router instead. One of them pretended to be a police officer.
