I paid online an amount of Rs755.24 to BPCL. BUT I didn't get gas cylinder.Then I visited the gas agency and I come to know that they didn't get any amount .So they didn't give me cylinder.Then I paid in cash and got the cylinder.Then I request many times to BPCL to refund the amount but in vain.So I request you to resolve the issue.
