Bhagwaria Gas Agency is the best example of the organization delivering the worst services in the age of 21st century. No one receives the phone in the agency.It keeps on ringing but the officials there do not pay attention. It seems that no one is bothered about the customer there. If somebody wants to see the highest level of mismanagement then please visit Bhagwaria Gas Agency. I think the agency should not have any column for customer care rather it should have customer botheration column and number. The civil authorities are which issue license to the agencies like Bhagwaria Gas Agency must be held responsible for the grievances of the customer as they take no pain in inspecting the things going on in the agencies like this.I think the solution of all of the aspects of the worst services of this agencies is that we all should stand together now pull our hand out of it and get new connection and write to the higher authorities about this so called professional Gas Agency.
