I paid online an amount of Rs 755.24 to get a cylinder from mohinder gas agency Gohana. I did not get any cylinder.I visited the gas agency and they replied that they didn't get any amount and refused to give a cylinder.I paid in cash and got the cylinder. Then I visited the bank and they replied that your transaction is successful.I visited gas agency many time but in vain.Being a govt employee I am unable to visit the agency again and again. Therefore I request you to resolve the matter.

My subsidy amount is not being credited since November 2017 . Earlier my subsidy amount was credited in my SBH account. November 2017 Gas subsidy amount got credited in Axis bank. I have not given the axis bank account number to Gas agency. When reported to Customer care they responded saying they wont add the money to Private Bank. I never updated my axis bank account in Hp Gas Office. I asked axis bank staff they told they wont to do any Gas subsidy related.
After that i went SBI(SBH) Bank updated my Aadhar Card and they told no separate account linking for NPCI previously they did. But in this time they told no need.
Please provide a solution how can i approach for further.
