Hello sir, my account is in SBI CHAURI chaura. On 28jan my pension was credited in my account. And on 29 Jan it will be deduced fraudly from SBI ATM nadanagar during withdrawing money . when I checked my passbook its showed that 19000 rs is deducted from sultanpur ATM

Deceitful advt by Elica in Amazon platform by Haridas Mandal:

Found a 4 burner glass top gas stove by Elica in amazon app. It claimed to hv European Gas Regulator , heavy brass burners, superior steel made base etc. Paid and got the item without the European gas valve. Amazon offered return for replacement or refund. I was interested to know whether its replacement will hv the European gas valve? Amazon help ducked. Window for return closed.
Elica customer care also ducked on my query whether my case is a one of its kind or the advt itself is false. No reply as on today.
Lodged a complaint against seller and the manufacturer for deceitful advt to prop up sales to ASCI . It rejected my complaint stating it is not a wrong / false advt issue but a consumer issue. They even volunteered to provide me consumer helpline add.
I disagreed and asked to reign in Amazon to stop selling the product forthwith with copy to Amazon and Elica. Amazon reacted stating the product has been deleted from their online site. It is not. Therefore i am making this complaint with prayer to :
1. To remove the product from all Online selling platform.
2. To spell out number of such product has been sold online by Amazon etc.
3. To either provide the gas valve to each customer who has bought this product or to refund the cost of the European Gas Valve and a compensation of Rs 5000 to each every customer of this product delivered by Amazon .
4. And a word of caution to all online sellers on deceitful advt knowing it not true.
