I am booked my bus ticket delhi to Allahabad through patym. Bus operator na phele to mera pickup point change kiya merea pickup point new delhi metro station tha but usne mujshe RK ASHRAM BOLO AANE ko fir baad mai meri bus bhi badal de aur mera drop up point bhi change kar diya mera drop point Allahabad tha par usne mujshe phatapuur uttara diya jo ki dusari city hai aur bahut dur hai mere complain karne pe jabardasti mera luggage bus se uttar ke neeche rakha diya beeche road mai uttar diya jaha se koi vehicle Allahabad ke liya nhii milta tha mujshe 5kilometer walk kar ke jaana paada aur phir ja kar eka tampo ko 500 de kar mai allahabad aayi apne ghar. female passengers ke sath baatmeezi karte hai mujshe mera full refund chaiye plus mere jo extra 500 laga hai vo bhi chaiye maine ishe complain ke regarding 21times call kiya hai patym mai but koi action nai liya in logo ne maine 19 march 2019 ko complain ki thi 1 week ho gya still unhone koi action nhii provide kiya .ulta call jab bhi karo batmeezi karte hai call hold pe rakha dete hai ki mangaer se baat kara rahe hai ye bol ke plz take some action regarding this because inhone mujshe pareshaan kar ke rakha diya hai aur aaise ye kayi logo ke sath karte hai so plz take some strict action kyu ki ye mera time bhi waste kara rahe hai
