I purchased a Computer Component from the E-commerce site Flipkart but when I received the product it was a Fraud and a Duplicate product.When I complained and contacted them they closed my Flipkart Account without giving a reason but when I told them to Resolve the issue for a return they are neither contacting or reply to it.
The amount is around Rs.29,250/- and they are not doing anything.Please help me regarding this issue. The company has closed the account but I don't want the account activated. I just want the money. They are simply closing the case without much help. The amount is very much for me to bear without any product receiving.Please please help me with the issue.
They are not accepting the return. Their Pickup agent came to collect but he denied the pickup three times. I contacted the company and they said they have escalated the issue but no response. I had taken the EMI and I have to pay it monthly without any product in my hand. Please help me to get the REFUND. You all should take strict action against Companies like this, dealing in a Fraudulent Manner.
