Illegal debit from SB account by Pay TM

It is seen that there is PayTM debit from my SB A/c -37540359641 at SBI Chowringhee Branch in regular interval from 04.06.2019 to 20.06.2019 [Total Rs.7000/-]under OTHPG with some different serial number. I have not done any transaction with PayTM whatsoever it may be out of my this account.
Please help me out to stop such illegal debit from my SB A/c -37540359641 at SBI Chowringhee Branch.
