Respectfully,
With a deep grief I would like to inform you that I am an SBI Card holder bearing No. 4335 8878 5517 6887 that has been delivered on dated 17th August 2018. I have not activated my aforementioned card through my registered mobile phone No. 8768822991 or my registered E-mail ID ([email protected]) that is linked with my SBI Kulti Township Branch bearing A/c No. 30295215154.
In connection with, I must intimate you that I got a message on dated 22.09.2018 that someone has spent Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand) through MOBIKWIK without my knowledge, though the card remains with me always and I have not activated my SBI Card yet even not generated the PIN.
I have blocked my card on 24.09.2018 immediately I was known to the incident and lodged a complaint of transaction dispute (139170964418), SR Nos.139170558114 and 139052884190 to your end.
I moved to the said Bank and requested the Branch Manager repeatedly, but he is not co-operating me at all. I urged him to close my account since I have lost all my faith on SBI Bank, but he is not listening to me even he is telling me that my SBI Card can not be surrendered for which I am willing to do now.
Sir, I am a middle class person and totally helpless now as the Bank Manager and SBI Card Agent is not co-operating me at all, I am very much doubtful about their activities.
Sir, it is boldly written on the papers you delivered that “All you need is a PIN to start using your card.” and I have not activated the card from my registered cell number neither from registered email account nor generated the PIN, then how can someone spent the money? Is this what your security level? We trust the banks and all such institutions for security of our wealth only, not for earning interest.
Sir, my question is that when I am not guilty, then why should I pay the money?
I therefore request your honour to kindly look into to matter and thereby please take appropriate steps against the culprit for the end of justice.
