Agent forfeited the full payment of hotel, though i didn't checkin

It's almost a month , i visited Shantiniketan and prior to that i made full payment of RS 4700 to Lipika Das (98304 32868) from my bank for booking of Shantiniketan tourist centre, after reaching there due to some family emergency i couldn't check in...had to return immediately (Kolkata).. contacted the hotel people who stated that they didn't receive the payment from the agent...and hence for the refund i could contact the agent (lipika Das)( Kanakanjali tourism). I kept contacting her almost for 1 month and today she just refunded 1700 out of RS 4700.. and in order to verify i contacted Santiniketan tourist centre's manager Debashis(70011 69051) and till date he said he didn't receive a single paisa from the agent(lipika). . So the entire sum of 3000 she forfeited, rather cheated and accumulated.. the bill is attached where she didn't mention the amount even... everything is written as Nil..i did a mistake by paying the entire amount...if i would have paid only the advance thing would have been different..i have the recorded conversations with phone numbers of both the agent and the hotel manager.. it's my earnest plee kindly look into the matter. My number is 8910706561, I have the call recorder application where details of each and every call is there along with the phone numbers and time durations. Kindly look into this . The lady agent Lipika agent is saying, do what you can u r not going to get anything more...this is nothing but forgery.all the details are there in the screenshot attached (bill).. i expect some help from this body..
