Dear Sir,
On dated 10 March 2018 I had ordered thru caskbackkart.Com vide order No: CBK29270024811 the following items:-
1.sony 32000Mah power bank with free i7 wireless head set*1.amounting Rs 1399
But instead of Sony power bank they had given me Mi Plus power bank.I had mailed them twice but not received any reply from them.so I am bound to mail you and required your help to resolve this issue.
