Respected Sir, I am and electric consumer under account number 9879360000 and applied online via complaint I.D. -PEQ171220180733569879360000 on 17/12/18 but my load was not reduced. On writing Complaint on 6/03/2019 via diary number 7076 they told us verbally that it was the fault in website and though complaint appears as open on 1 March 2019 wont be handled. They told us to Pay 1801 Rs due for 38 units and make a fresh complaint. But fault in UNBVN website is fault of UNBVN and we should not be penalized for company fault. I wrote complaints to higher authorities but to no avail. I wrote them that please adjust the billed amount with 1 KVA load, and I will pay the bill. I offered to make them new complaint provided it will be applicable from back date, but to no avail. Instead we run in a fever of connection disconnection, and if we pay higher amount, the complaint wont be listened at all. Please help us out.
