श्रीमान जी:- बिजलीघर दईजर, मण्डलनाथ चौराहा के बिल पिछले कई महीनों से सही पते पर नहीं पहूंच रहे है इस वजह से कई बार बिल भुगतान जमा करने की तारीख निकल जाती है और हमें विलंब राशि भरनी पडती है, और हमारे मोबाइल पर संदेश भी बिल भुगतान की due date निकलने के बाद आता है.
हर महीने बिल उपभोक्ताओं को खुद बिजलीघर आकर ले जाना पड़ता है
बिल वितरण ठेकेदार लगभग सभी बिल बिजलीघर में डालकर चला जाता है
