In Month of Dec-2018 Single Phase Meter Reading Jumped more than 33-Thousand fro only 3600. We have raise the complaint in EB of Neemrana, After that EB changed the Meter on 18th Jan-2019. Old Meter take by EB representative to send for Lab testing but till 5th April-2019 that meter not send for Lab Testing and EB sharing the old meter reading for billing. We made many of rounds of EB but no was listen properly. After replacing the new meter on 18th Jan-2019 that was not update in the system till End of March-2019 and EB is sharing the single bill from 18th Jan-19 to 30th March-2019. That is more load on customer. Also EB is billing with defective meter readings as bill amount is more than 2.25 Laks Rs. That is impossible to pay for a normal person.
