I purchased a 7GB advance rental plan 3G for 3 months at the cost of 1650 rupees from a agent on 11/02/2016. His name was AMIT (Mob Nos - 7028907216). He came to my house and collected the documents i.e photo, passport copy and my company's ID. I paid him the amount 1650Rs cash. For which he later sent me the reciept on my mail ID. This was sent from the mail ID [email protected] with the name Hiten sonawane. The reciept has the name of Arise Teleservices , Subash Nagar, Shukrawar peth, Pune - 411002.
I was also given the following written thing on the sim Kit which AMIT gave me 11/02/2016 as a proof. Attaching the pic of same. The kit which he gave me bears the following details -
Sim Nos - 53783902814514
Mobile Nos - 89910378390281415144
IMSI Nos - 40503702814514
He told me that I would be receiving the welcome kit on my mail ID which will be bearing all other details. But its been 2 weeks I haven't received it nor the SIM is activated. Amit is not answering the phone as well.
Kindly if you can look into the matter as this seems to be a fraud being done in the name of Tata and let me know the further course of action that can be taken in my case.

Exactly same happened with me and the same guy Amit collected my document and cheque.
Now his mobile number is switched off. Those guys are fraud one.
