My Name is Rameez.I work in Reliance Industries.3 months back i was going through Facebook posts and i got a post on vibes. Its mentioned as 50% discount for Reliance Employees only. I have tapped on the Offer and fixed an appointment at Vibes clinic New thippasandra Branch Bangalore.Screenshot of post shared below.

I met one of associate Named "Kasthuri" who is Counselling me on the process and technology used for hair regrowth. She recommended me to go for Hair Transplant and Price for this package was like 1500 graft/Follicles Rs.57,500 . I told them i am working in Reliance Industries and hope there will be 50% discount for me.( This was not told her before she Explained on Fee Structure ) She said yes, we are running a campaign only for Reliance industries with 50% discount on any packages.They told me that , it will be for a limited time period so you can enroll now and take treatment accordingly. Since its a limited offer, i thought, i have to enrolled for the package on the same day hoping for 50% Discount. They told me to submit few documents and brought one Ekyc device and they took thump impression from me without explaining any terms and conditions mentioned in App. After 2 days i came to know that they have taken entire 57,500 rupees for the Package ( Without any discount as per Kasthuri's Fee structure ). It was shocking for me because they promised me 50% discount with Reliance Industries Employee ID, but i have not got any discounts. I tried calling Kasthuri but, they didn't pick my call for 2 days. I visited the Clinic by taking half day leave and met Kasthuri. She was claiming that She had called me multiple times but my number was in not reachable. She told that the amount is after discounted price.(They fooled me after payment credited to them). They promised me that they will give their best service across and i thought " Okay, if service are good lets go with this". Since its was on Ramzan month i told them to Post pond the Treatment till Ramadan finishes.Even they agreed for that.

After Ramadan, I called kasthuri, and she was literally forgot my name too. I explained her and she was like "oh yes i remember now". She agreed for a Appointment within a week. When the date was near she told me that doctors are not available now, we will arrange a appointment for next time and also she mentioned that when i want a appointment i need to inform her 10 days prior.

I called her again and took appointment 10 days prior. She agreed again for the same. When that days was near, i called her and she said i didn't inform her 10 days before. I got anger with this kind of service and i raised my voice). She agreed and told me to take a blood report from nearest Blood lab. I have taken blood test and submitted my report to her. After that i was just struggling for the Appointment. No one even bother to attend me or solve my query. Every 2 days i used to call them on the Appointment, when ever i call them they used to say.. " we willl arrange a call back in 10 min " its more than 3 weeks same continued. No one called me even after 2 weeks. I am fully disappointed.

Due to some Medical issue i got transferred to Mangalore location,so 24th will be my last day in Bangalore. I told this to Kasthuri, and sent mail to them too ( Mail Copy also available ) She repeated the same dailog, I will call you later and confirm you. till today they were not able to give an appointment for me . Every time when i call them they will tell, they will arrange call back...

I took leave and gone directly to the clinic. kasthuri was on leave and i met Rekha ( Clinic manager ). She was pathetic . She dont even know how to talk to customer. She was ordering me to do as per her instructions. I don't even know i pay for service or she pays me for the service. i told her again that i will leave bangalore on 24th and need to be cleared all before that. She told its not possible.i wont get appointment before 2nd oct. She told that Post treatment i need to be visit the Clinic for further care. ( This was not told by Kasthuri before). How can i be in Bangalore after 24th ???? i told thats not possible and this was not informed me and Appointment was not giiven me when i needed. I told her to Refund the Amount. She told that " they dont take care of refund process,i need to send a mail to corporate ( idn.blr@vibes.co.in ). Below is the screenshot . Rekha confirmed me that refund will be done after sending mail . (Shaded in yellow mark)

I even sent mail to bill.desk@vibes.com , corporate@vibes.com. but i didn't get any revert from them even after 2-3 mails. i was keep on calling the clinic number they will tell no one is here, they will call back. This continued for few days.
I directly called Rekha ( Vibes Clinic manager. She behaved so rude like she dont even want to talk to me. She was discounting the calls. i warned her if this is happening, i will file a FIR on the clinic. She said okay !!! I have a Call records for that. I would like to Submit it for Next escalation level.

I dont have any hope on the treatment in vibes and i took Appointment in DR.Batras Mangalore.

Now please solve my query.

1) I have signed up in Above mentioned Post in Facebook and why didn't i get 50 % discount ? If that was the amount 57,500 after discount, How come they know that i am working in Reliance industries before i say that to them. They have not told me on the Actual price before i say about 50% discount. Why is it so ?

2) I visited Dr.Batras Bangalore Branch to enquire on Mangalore location cilinc. They adviced me not to take Hair transplant because i dont have much baldness. I can go for PRP, that would be fine. Why this was not told in vibes where as Dr.Batras can Advice good as per customer requirement ??? So totally making money !!! When i was unwell, i visited my family doctor and he too recommended not to do Hair transplant beacuse i am suffering from migraine, and this will cause more disturbance . Why this precautions where not asked me by vibes team ????

3) when alll others can call me on the same number, why only from vibes they get not reachable error message ?? They called me before for the Reference person for Treatment. how come the calls got connected only at that time ??

4) Blood test Charges was not included in that package 2,500 rupees. Why this was not informed me before. Where as other clinics do Blood test without any charges from Customer. So again Making money. I have already sent the Mail on Blood report then again why Rekha is asking for the blood report ? Screenshot as below. Because no one is series on patients documentation at clinic. Such an irresponsible staff at Vibes ????

5) If they can promise me on best service, then why don't they respond properly on calls and fix Appointments ? If this service is so pathetic how will i trust on the treatment ?

6) If refund policy is not available why she instructed me to send mail to them ???

7) If the Vibe is providing the such a good Service, why they don't answer my calls and mails ? Why they don't callback even after soo many followups from me. She dont even bothered about my problem that i am vacating from bangalore forever. now i cant take any treatment in future because i took appointment in Dr.Batras mangalore location.

Now What will be the solution for this sir ? Because of the negligence from the Staff of vibes i didn't get appointment before 20th. Now i wont be there at Bangalore from 24th morning. Now i don't have any confidence on the vibes team. I even feel unsafe on Vibes, i cant take risk on my health. this would the Last mail sent to Vibes team. I have all Evidence that would support me againt Vibes in Consumer court . i dont even want to take this to Next level.

if your team really value to the customer. Then Please refund my amount. If you don't value customer then Answer all my above questions and lets see in Consumer court.
