poor service against free service warranty at doorstep

Dear Sir,
I have raised the complaint on 03/12/2020 to check whether my laptop charging system is not working or laptop battery has damaged . I have raised the complaint since my laptop was under warranty and i was facing a problem, according to the warranty terms HP has to provide support at my doorstep but no action has been taken by HP support during the period of 03/12/2020 to 29/12/2020 . During this period i have made several calls to HP customer support but they didn't respond positively. After 29/12/2020 HP has provided the service quotation of service engineer service charge to check the issue which should be provided free of cost under service warranty period of five for which I have already paid extra money. Apart from that i would like to bring in your kind notice that HP support never registered the actual problem and try to misguide or not registered the issues .
