Dear Sir/Mam,
I have purchase Pure EV Bike PLuto 7 G in 1st Nov 2021.after one year bike creating problem having lot of issues regarding Service, Battery Backup and stuck in middle of Road. I have visited many time to service centre but they are able to resolve issue and close there service centre form Pune.When i raised issue they told me that Need to be replace Battery and you have to pay extra 40000/-rs exchange battery.i have raised having warranty for 3 years then why suppose to pay extra amount they told that warranty claim is denied by company. And not ready to listen and also visited to showroom where i was purchased bike that showroom closed by company hence not able to resolve issue.and I am paying Bike loan from last 2 years all instalment i have paid on time but my bike is not active from last 4 month.Hence today i have stopped all loan payment due to not resolve this issue. I am requesting to you kindly help for get out form this issue.
