To whomsover it may concern.
I purchased 1 lakh material from your company with the dealer PERFECT LIVING PVT LIMITED having one office in NIT faridabad and one in a-5 saraswati vihar new delhi on proprietor of SAMEER SINGHLA who uses the best of his abusive language saying
saying "saalo jo kar sakte ho karlo aur tume free me material chaie " despite taking advance money for everything. The real case was very simple one of the toilet seat i purchased from them was delivered to me broken and despite requesting again and again from last 6 months by my dad no action has been taken and given different dates and today on conference on of tge employee MR. VIVEK BANDHU who refuses to guve his employee id supports him and say jo kar sakte ho karlo and threatens me to do the worst with me.
I simply ask is this the service provided by this company for a single broken only 8500rs toilet seat? I am tagging one of my friend Mridul Bhatia whom i have referred this sameer singhla to purchase tge materia and has taken all the material on my guarantee #consumercourt please give it a look. #delhipolice #haryanapolice please see if anything happens responsible would be you.
