I, Papun Paul a resident of Rupnarayanpur, West Bengal Purchased a Mobile phone from flipkart of worth 14990 /- on 18/11/2017. Somehow recently i was facing the software issues and do complained the Service Center. They kept my phone for 15 days and didn't solve the problem, i am still facing the issue. I again contacted the service Center they denied to do further query on device. Please Do help me As soon as Possible
