I would like to inform that I called yesterday night at 11:27 PM on this No. 9716012345 Customer support officer Mr.Depankar Mandal
picked up the called My Query was How to check my data balance ? officer replied to me please dial *126*6# So I asked him already I Dial USSD code but not reflected My Screen can you checked myAircel No. He was not listened my query just infomed to me check your self , I am tried this USSD code dial so I called customer Servise.
My another query was can you check any 3G offer at night he started closing script , I thinked he said to me dial 1288 again closing script.
How ever , I complaint that Your customer service Team & customer Servise Manager Or Team leader Mr.Dipankar Mandal againest .........
He is not properly Called hold he used mute button approx 60 sce no refresh the called. His active listening is very poor or he ignore the customer queries.He properly not answered to me. He is very bussy closed the call ( quickly disconnected the called after closing script ).
So I Request to you please audit the call according to feed back Mr. Dipankar & against this complaint take immidiatly action.Below are mention called details ......
