No response from bank since one month

I have paid 2000 interest in the previous to previous month in march but if i want justification from bank they are not replying me and giving me a satisfactory answer and since one month has been passed and are not rasing my ticket as well. And in current month i have raised a rqst of unauthorised transaction of 500 still no response from there end
