Hi there,
My name is ritesh kumar, my account number is 50100249003791 and the credit card department has deducted 28,811 from my account without informing anything since my salary is credited to my account. I already settled the credit card (5337 4406 0127 7024) on 8k in three installments although i as not able to last installment due to some financial issue and i was unemployed that time. I wrote e-mail to their cx care but didn't get any response from them and its been around 40 days now. They deducted the total outstanding including the amount that i paid earliet to them for settlement even they are not agreed to deduct that from outstanding amount. I am attaching the settlement copy and the amount which i paid to them. Firstly i paid them 9k in cash then 5256 and even after they deducted the hole outstanding amount that is 28,811 without any prior notice or informing anything.
Bank is not taking any responsibility and credit card department is saying they can't do anything about it. where should i go even though they didn't gave me any recite or NOC , please help me out.
