Aramex has been lying to me and gave me an invalid tracking ID which Bangalore customs also confirmed is a wrong tracking ID and after begging them to provide me with a correct Tracking ID they haven't infact I called their customer service and they straight up rejected to give a proper tracking ID,this is mental torture I am getting anxiety attacks because of this. Aramex has my parcel and are not delivering it. I have begged them to at least give me a correct Tracking ID so that I can take my parcel straight from Bangalore customs and Bangalore customs has been really helpful but they can't help much if they don't have a correct Tracking ID. I want to sue ARAMEX for the mental torture they've put me through.

One of my friend couriered me from dubai and the delivery guy is asking to me to pay 35,000 for the parcel , asking him for the airway bill copy he is not sharing the same , this is the mental torture.
