Hi,
I stay in Pune and my parents stays in Kolkata. On a festival occasion my parents had sent me some sweets and cloths via AIR through Sky King courier by spending Rs 650 as they committed that by paying this amount the courier will reach with in 2 days. The consignment was sent from Kolkata on 7th August and as per tracking status the courier reached to MSK courier pune branch on 10th of August but the same not deliver till 11th August and after that following up with MSK courier a no. of times and spoken to Mr Mahesh who told that the packet has been taken delivery guy and will be delivered on Monday evening 13th August but we didn't received our consignment and on 14 August when we tried to call them they didn't received the call, so finally we decided to go there office and after researching there we found that our consignment was lying there only and Mr Mahesh asked us to take the packet along with us which generally they do instead of delivering the packets to customer they wait for the customer to come to their office all the way and collect the same. It already happen with us many times so this time we asked them to deliver the packet by themselves as its their duty to deliver the same, and since than my packets has not been delivered and following up with Sky King they say that my consignment is already being delivered on 10th of August but when we went to MSK courier on 14th the consignment was lying there only.
Request you to please look into these as my sweets has already been spoiled and I was not able to wear new cloths on my festival.I do not want other people do not have to face this problem again.
