I sent a packet of medicine on 16th sep 2023 from surat to Varanasi , but my family not received the packet up to 23rd of sep 2023 and after enquiry I received msg from Varanasi currier office that medicine has been destroyed because it was in glass bottles. We accept that it was our mistake , but is it not currier office staff duty to inform customer about package material at the time of packing ?
They neither inform me at the time of packing nor inform me about my packet even it was destroyed.
They not feel any curtsy that it should inform to customer about their packet even afte it was mentioned that ‘’ Medicine’’ on packet in bold letters But obviously the Varanasi Professional Currier office staff Mr. Madhav Shrivastava talked with me very badly and told me do whatever you want to do.
After this incident Surat currier staff Mr Jignesh
Panewala discussed with me and he told me that please give me new packet of medicine and I will definitely deliver it to your Varanasi address and then I again currier new packet of Medicine on 25 th Sep of 2023 , But again there was same case and my family not received life saving medicine up-to 7th Oct 2023 .
It was really very very worst situation that how can they play with a life of anybody.
