I had ordered a UCB Watch with details as: Order Id : 336477 Transaction Id : 182707159106 Price : Rs. 2999 from iRedeem. As per Iredeem, the product was dispatched to me with Blue Dart Couriers (Waybill No. 35424233261), but I did not receive the order, even though the parcel had arrived at the Blue Dart, Mahmoorganj, Varanasi Office on 05th October, 2018. As per Blue Dart, they have received it, but it is lost somewhere. Kindly deliver my product or the amount to my account.
