Sir,I send a packet to Dehradun on 17th of August which was supposed to be delivered in about a week.yet wen the customer didn't received the packet even after 7-8 days ,I asked the agent Mr.Neeraj about the update.he asked me to wait for 1-2 days.i went to him on 27th 28th 29th aug but the office was closed.meanwhile I tried his no.and other nos. Of Trackon courier which I cud find on net...yet no response.

On 30th I spoke to Mr Neeraj,and he lodge a complaint281204 on our behalf.i waited for the callback and den I called up on the Delhi no.01145593500 where an executive attended the call and asked me to wait for a callback for the update as the packet was supposed to reach Haridwar but got lost in between.she said dey need to manually CHK .I didn't understand but I waited for a callback again.next day was I'd fest holiday and another day sunday.so I waited for another to days ..dat is Monday​and Tuesday for a callback for updates.



Today it's 6th of sept.i again spoke to the same Delhi no.and a lady named Renuka which was the senior as per the executive committee for a callback by 6pm before office hours today.she told me dat it might happen dat the packet direlty went to dun without reaching der Haridwar office.


I m pissed off with d excuses.the guys don't know how to work or they don't care bout the ethics.
I have lost my business due to der mismanagement mishandling
It was my sample packet to my client worth Rs.15000,after which I was supposed to get a big order.
I m financially lost mentally stressed,
Kindly do the needful.

    Hi,

    We booked one courier from Ludhiana to Bommsandra (Bangalore) on 26th April Via Trackon Prime, but till date same has not been delivered & none of the Trackon offices in Ludhiana has the whereabouts of the parcel, since 28th April the online status is showing it reached Bangalore on 28th but where it is why the same has not been delivered as its already 4th May?

    I visited Model Town Office today they gave me number og Mr Yash 9781433359 i made 4-5 calls but each time he disconnected the call and never called back,

    I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life

    I haven't received my parcel yet.
    My last status update for this is on 4 June.

    When I try to contact the customer care,
    they won't even pick up the phone call.

    Finally after long hours of hardwork my call gets connected.
    He listens to complaint.

    He says you will receive your complaint number via SMS and also the further updates.

    But still I won't have received any Complaint number or any update from them.

    Please try to resolve my issues asap.
