Dear Sir
Kindly inform you that our business party had send samples with important certificate from Delhi to bhadohi with first flight courier have aw number is D992B0685411 ,but they delivered in another place and we have to contact his office around of 100time but they are not cooperating me

This courier was very important inour business but they not delivered courier our order has cancelled from USA so we are in losses

So I want to cliam 16lakh on the first flight courier

Please accept our complain
