I want to log a complain against a matrimonial website that they promised me to serve 6 month service Offline+Online from their website which they will provide me total profile contacts on my Whats-App. i need not to be go there website but they did not do it at all and still they are accepting about their mistake but still not full-filing their promise.
As per service, 50 contacts from Online and 4 to 5 contacts from offline, round figure 80 contacts they will whats-app me in 6 month. I need not to be visit their website.
I received only only 10 contacts instead of 80 contacts. they are admitting it but still not full-filling their service.
