Iball Tablet poor quality, getting problem on regular basis

This is to inform you that my Iball Tablet sl. no - 911502700105623
getting problem on regular basis, it's 4G feature never worked,earlier we complained about this to
the nearest service center Kanpur Document no is - 125071741001962, but after few days again
the problem start.
My warrantee period is valid upto 16.07.2017 and today the service
center "Shop No-G14, Ground Floor, City Center, Mall Road, Kanpur -
208002 (Uttar Pradesh)" is close due to Sunday.
So request you to kindly replace my tablet to new one or refund my amount due to poor quality.
