I have taken the connection from DEN Cables with set top box. My set top box got faulty two days ago and the local agent of DEN cables i.e. M/s Rukku Cables has come and taken the set top box and said it will be repaired, however this has been repaired in the month of May itself this year. He also said that they will arrange a temporary set top box so that I will be able to watch TV, but till date no such temporary box has been provided. Also they have told that my set top box will be repaired within 7 days but as per previous experience box was repaired in a month.
Therefore please help to have me the temporary box so that I will be able to enjoy the TV as I have alerady paid them charges for October also.
Kindly help.
