Dear Sir
1. Pls refer above said complaint regarding faulty Croma TV. We were telephonically Informed by croma customer care that the faulty Croma product ( TV) will be replaced by the Croma Store ( Redisan blue dwarka sector-13, New Delhi ).
2. As informed by Croma cc, they have sent email to Croma store for replacement of that model by a new TV.
3. I have visited your Croma store on 27& 29 May 2016. We learned that said product is not available, they want to provide lower version ,, smal in size, and audition Money I.e around ₹ 10,000/-
4 . I request Croma store to provide at least at par version and with same specification.
4. They are not responding our email . Kindly interfere and assist us
