I had purchased a 1.5 ton Lloyd AC on 17 march 2016 which had a warranty of 5 year on compressor and 1 year on AC.
As my AC wasn't cooling proper so I lodge a complaint to Lloyd on 18 April 2016 and they said they will give the service within 24 hours,when I called a number given by Lloyd to call if my issue isn't resolved .. after calling him he said sir aj sham ko ho jayega then he said sir kl ho jayega then again kl ho jayega sham ko ho jayega and now again he is saying ki kl ho jayega
I have mailed noddle officer, call all escalation matrix and they all made fake promises ki aj kra dunga sir
Kindly solve my issue
