This is to inform you that we have purchased a Hyundai Verna Car on 28.03.12 from Sunrise Hyundai vide bill no. H-201104476 (Reg No # UP14BQ5136). The car have a manufacturing defect of Clutch and Brake which we tried to rectify in various Hyundai authorized Service Center viz. Ashok, Capital and Sunrise all failed to rectify this problem results in a huge loss of our time and money.Now we want that Hyundai should give us a claim of delivering defected car as well as compensate us with a new car.
