Maine Apna claim registered karwaya but Apni Apki concernteam ne mere claim ko rejected kar diya kuki unkakehna hai ki maine late intimate kiya hai aapkoMatlab Apke customer care ko..Jabki mera phone daged hua tha 28-8-18 ko 8:30pm.So maine apko next day call kiya claim registeredkaryaane ke liye but apka system updating par honeke kaaran Mera claim registered nahi hua. To Mainephir next day call kiya. Abhi bhi apka systemupdating par tha. Finally 30-8-2018 ko Maine callback arranged karwayi aur mujhe 24 hrs. Ka waitkarne ke liye kaha gaya lekin mujhe koi call nahiaayi. To phir maine next day call kiya 31-8-2018ko 5:40 PM par aur apke executive se kaha ki abhitak mere paas koi call back nahi aayi to unhonemujhe kaha ki sir chinta mat kijiye kuki apke paascall aa jaegi jaldi to maine unko kaha ki sir apkiservice to 6 baje ki hai phir call kab aaega. ToUnhone kaha ki call back hum kar sakte 6 baje kebaad bhi lekin apki call hamare paas sirf 6 bajetak hi lagegi.. Aur ha apka system Abhi bhi updating par tha31-8-2018 ko bhi Aur mujhe 31-8-2018 ko bhi call nahi aayi..Phir maine next day call kiya to system bhiworking tha aur maine claim bhi registered karwadiya but after a week apki concern team ki tarafse mail aati hai ki apka claim declined ho gayahai due late intimation.
