Service Complaint of mobile mishandling

Dear sir!
I bought an i ball Andi 5Q gold 4G set on 25 Aug 2016 with one year warranty card from Kanhiya Mobile Supela Bhilai near local i-ball service center. The touch of the mobile was cracked due to external damage but every thing was in running condition.I went to the Supela for replacing Touch and deposited Rs 500 for the same.Service center replied me to come with mobile immediately. i did so on 17 july 2016. They told me to come after 15 days.I did the same. Then i went to service center Supela on 29 july 2016. Got answer that Mobile circuit is destroyed by water content which is impossible as i Know there is a glass layer containing display fluid. Every thing is air tight and mobile is never opened outside the service center. I am Filing RTI for checking call details that will prove that the mobile was in working condition before submission to service center Supela Bhilai. If required i will file case of the same in consumer forum as mobile is not replaced after depositing charge. I have Xerox of all bills which i handover-ed mobile to service center. Kindly take appropriate action for the same.
