Not receiving bill from Den Network since 2014

we are requesting to Den Network to provide us a bill since 2014 but we are npot getting any proper feedback from their side, we are regularly chasing them and sending them mails but the response we get is that we will receive the bill within 10 days but after that their is no response.

They are contineously increasing the amount every quarter.
